Course content
1. Introductory acquaintance with the topics of the diploma thesis (literary research on the issue of the diploma thesis). 2. Elaboration of diploma thesis (current implementing guidelines, manual, template). 3. Preparation of a search on a given topic (keywords, search options, online databases in the library, search for articles in a consortium of libraries, general search on the Internet, MVS) I. 4. Preparation of a search on a given topic (keywords, search options, online databases in the library, search for articles in a consortium of libraries, general search on the Internet, MVS) II. 5. Structure of the diploma thesis (introduction, theoretical part, aims of the thesis, practical part, conclusion, lists, appendices). 6. Composition and content of the theoretical part. 7. Typographic rules and recommendations for writing texts I. 8. Typographic rules and recommendations for writing texts II. 9. Experimental part and its content. 10. Processing of results and their discussion. 11. Powerpoint presentation (principles of creation, content, presentation, presentation of results) I. 12. Presentation in PowerPoint (principles of creation, content, presentation, presentation of results) II. 13. Presentation of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis and the progress of work by individual students in the presence of the supervisor or consultant of the diploma thesis I. 14.
