Course content
1. Cell anatomy - intercellular connections, Cell pathology 2. General dermatology - anatomy of the skin and skin adnexae, development of the skin and skin adnexae 3. Physiological functions of the skin, Pigmentation 4. Immune system - in general (cell types), Immune reactions and manifestations on the skin (Urticaria, Drug eruptions) 5. Skin pathology - general basic concepts, Basic classification of skin diseases, 6. Basic diagnostic methods in dermatology, External causes of skin diseases, 7. Manifestations of blood circulation and circulation diseases, Pigmentation disorders 8. The most common parasitic skin infections (Scabies, Pediculosis), The most common fungal infections of the skin and nails, Sebaceous gland diseases (Acne, Rosacea) 9. The most common skin infections caused by viruses (caused by HSV, VZV, HPV), The most common bacterial skin infections (Impetigo, Erysipelas), Inflammatory skin diseases (Eczema, Dermatitis) 10.Diseases with keratinization disorder (Psoriasis, Lichen ruber, Pityriasis), Bullous diseases (Pemphigus, Erythroderma, Scleroderma, Lupus erythematosus) 11.Skin nevi, Cysts, Precancerous lesions, Tumors, Skin paraneoplasia 12.Venereology- Syphilis, Gonorrhea, AIDS, prevention and prophylaxis of STD 13.Microbiome- in general, influence on human health, changes in the microbiome and their manifestation on the skin
