Laboratory exercises cover these tasks: 1. Safety of laboratory work, introduction to tasks and laboratory exercises and consultations about the tasks. 2. Analysis of surfactants by ISE electrodes - anionic surfactants. Determination of anionic surfactants in a commercial product by two-phase titration. 3. Analysis of surfactants by ISE electrodes - nonionic surfactants. 4. Determination of CMC of surfactants by conductometry. 5. Determination of surface tension of surfactant solutions. 6. Stability of commercial surfactant foams in distilled and hard water. Determination of peroxyacids in washing powders. 7. Determination of phosphorus compounds in dishwasher detergents.
