Course content
|
1. Safety of work in the laboratory, organization and teaching plan. 2. Creation of a design for a more advanced haberdashery product (diary). Creation of a set of paterns for the production of top, lining and reinforcing parts for the selected product. 3. Material cutting. Gluing of internal parts (reinforcements, linings). Bending edges technology. 4. Decorating the main part. Puting of the product together. Closing installation. Finishing of the product. 5. Preparation of the production of Oxford shoe according to prepared paterns. Cutting of upper and lining materials. 6. Finishing of the parts edges, making upper, finishing of the upper peripheral edge. 7. Preparation of under and stiffening parts. 8. Lasting of the upper. 9. Completion of the single schoe. 10. Preparation of the production of derby single schoe according to the prepared paterns. Cutting of top, lining and reinforcing materials. 11. Finishing of the part edges, completion of the upper, finishing of the upper peripheral edge. 12. Lasting of the upper. 13. Completion of the single schoe.
