Course content
1. History of legal regulations, structure and creation of legal regulations in the Czech Republic and EU. 2. Legislation European Union Food Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 178/2002. no. 852/2004; 853/2004; no. 854/2004; no. 882/2004; Commission Regulation no. 2073/2005; no. 1375/2015; EP and Council Regulation (EC) no. 1069/2009. 3. Act no. 110/1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing some related laws, as amended. 4. Selected Decrees to Act no. 110/1997 Sb. 5. Act no. 166/1999 Coll.., on veterinary care and amending certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended; Selected Decree implementing the Law on veterinary care. 6. Act no. 258/2000 Coll., on protection of public health and amending certain related laws, as amended; Selected Decree implementing the Law on Protection of Public Health. 7. Analysis of hazards and critical control points. 8. Law no. 61/1997 Coll., On alcohol; Act no. 307/2013 Coll., On compulsory labeling of spirit; Decree 334/2013 Coll. to implement certain provisions of the Act on mandatory labeling of spirits; Act no. 321/2004 Coll., On viticulture and wine; Decree no. 323/2004 Coll., Which implements certain provisions of the Act on viticulture and enology. 9. Regulations concerning organic farming and genetically modified organisms and products. 10. Supervisory bodies in the food sector - Law no. 146/2002 Coll., On State Agricultural and Food Inspection Authority and amending certain related laws; Law no. 147/2002, on the Central Control and Testing Institute of agriculture and amending certain related laws; Law no. 64/1986 on the Czech Trade Inspection; Act no. 634/1992 Coll. consumer protection. 11. Act no. 255/2012 Coll., on control (control rules); Act no. 500/2004 Coll. - Administrative Procedure 12. European Union legislation in the food of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers. 13. European Union legislation in the food of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) no. 1331/2008; no. 1332/2008; no. 1333/2008; no. 1334/2008; no. 1924/2006; Commission Regulation (EU) no. 432/2012; European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) no. 609/2013. 14. Legislation on materials suitable for contact with food.
