Course content
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the teaching environment at the Faculty of Technology, TBU in Zlín and with the current problems of the food chain. The seminars also discuss topics from the field of science and research taking place at FT and new food trends. It welcomes open discussions with students to obtain their perspective.
