Course content
- Definition of terms and history of quality management. - Requirements for the quality of products, services, quantitative and qualitative quality assessment. - Defects in production, company departments in quality assurance. - Tools for quality regulation by the state, ÚNMZ, ČMI, ČIA. - FMEA method in quality assurance in enterprises. - Methods for analysis and troubleshooting in quality (Ishikawa diagram, PDCA, DMAIC and others). - Technical standardization (ČSN, ISO, PN). - Accreditation, accredited testing facilities. - Metrological system in the Czech Republic. - The consumer protection system in the Czech Republic, Europe and the world - historical development. - Legislative regulation on consumer protection in the Czech Republic. - State administration bodies for consumer protection (ČOI, SZPI, SUKL and others). - Civic organizations for consumer protection (TEST, SOS and others). - Quality brands (Klasa, Czech Made, Bio and others).
