Course content
1. Introduction to thermosets. 2. Curing of reactive resins. 3. Classification of thermosetting resins. 4. Unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. 5. Epoxy resins. 6. Phenolic resins, melamine resins. 7. Polyurethane resins and hybrid resins. 8. Benzoxazines and other new generation thermosets. 9. Analysis and testing of thermosetting resins. 10. Peculiarities of thermoset processing and classification of processing technologies. 11. Processing of thermosets into paints. 12. Processing technologies of composite materials. 13. Thermosetting molding compounds. 14. Recycling of thermosets.
