Course content
|
- The approach of companies to the protection of ŽP, available sources of information and their relevance, content and organization of the subject, application of acquired knowledge in practice. - Legal system in the Czech Republic, types of legal regulations, important legal terms, state administration, its bodies and structure, bodies established by the ministry and their functions, territorial division of the Czech Republic and local jurisdiction of state administration bodies. - Administrative rules, administrative proceedings, initiation of proceedings, initiative, participants and their rights, oral proceedings, local investigation, file, protocol, decision and its details, remedies, delivery, fees, applications in the field of ŽP. - Water Act, basic obligations, permits, records, fees, harmful substances, water works. - Act on water supply and sewerage, concepts, obligations and consequences. - Air Act, distribution of pollution sources and obligations during their operation and commissioning, other provisions of the Act. Trading in carbon dioxide emission allowances. - Waste Act, types of waste, hazardousness, obligations of originators, waste management, transport, products subject to take-back obligations, listed types of waste, records and more. - Packaging Act, packaging - definition, list of packaging producers, obligations, take-back systems, authorized packaging company, joint fulfillment, records. - Act on chemical substances and chemical preparations, classification, registration, obligations, safety data sheet. Act on the protection of public health, handling of chemical substances and preparations, obligations of employers. European directives REACH and CLP. - Act on the prevention of serious accidents, prevention, classification according to the law, obligations in individual categories, emergency preparedness. - Act on integrated prevention, principle, concerned organizations, system of submission and granting of integrated permit. - Integrated pollution register, applicable law, obligations, recorded data, internet version of the register. - Assessing the impact of investment plans on ŽP - EIA. The relevant law limits and impacts, basic features of the process and its result. - Environmental management systems in enterprises, general features and importance. EMS according to ISO 14001, implementation, maintenance, audit, solution of a practical example.
