Course content
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the teaching environment at the Faculty of Technology of the University of Technology in Zlín and to current problems of food biotechnology and applied microbiology. The seminars also discuss topics in the field of science and research conducted at the Faculty of Technology and new trends in biotechnology. Discussions with students are also included in order to obtain feedback from the student community.
