1. Introductory lesson, work safety, acquaintance with laboratory aids. 2. Basic laboratory calculations. 3. Weighing on pre-weights and analytical balances. 4. Dissolution of samples, measuring vessels. 5. Filtration, yield. 6. Working with pipettes and dispensers. 7. Work with burettes, titration. 8. Light microscope - construction and properties. 9. Microscopy - permanent and native slides. 10. Microscopy - stained slides. 11. Microscopy - use of immersion objective. 12. Basic microbiological techniques. 13. Work in laminar and biohazard box. 14. Basic techniques of molecular biology.
