Course content
- Types of water from the point of view of treatment and treatment processes (characterization, indicators of pollution or water quality). - Technological lines of wastewater treatment plants and water treatment plants. - Rough pre-cleaning: screen, settlement - grit traps, sand traps, settling and settling tanks. - Physico-chemical methods of wastewater treatment. - Biological processes of OV cleaning. Process division (ORP, form of biomass, reactor arrangement). Basic technological parameters. Oxygenation capacity, oxygen consumption for activation, transfer of oxygen to water, types of aerators. - Biological aerobic treatment. Activation, biofilters. Technological modifications of conventional activation processes. - Activation systems for biological nitrogen, phosphorus removal and co-removal of nitrogen and phosphorus. - Sludge management.
