Course content
1. Basic principles and instrumentation of NMR. 2. Practical aspects of acquisition of NMR spectra. 3. Possibilities of using NMR spectroscopy (liquid and solid phase), MRI. 4. Qualitative 1H NMR. 5. Qualitative NMR of other nuclei 13C, 19F, 31P, 15N. 6. Quantitative NMR spectroscopy. 7. NMR in food analysis. 8. Use of NMR in authentication of food and food raw materials. 9. 2D homonuclear correlation experiments. 10. 2D heteronuclear correlation experiments. 11. DOESY spectroscopy. 12. Use of NMR in online monitoring of chemical transformations. 13. NMR techniques for monitoring chemical exchange. 14. NMR of the solid phase.
