Course content
1. Microscope, microscopic techniques and microscopic sections. 2. Structure of procaryotic and eucaryotic cell of cyanobacteria and green algae. 3. Structure of plant cell. 4. Microscopic fungi. 5. Work with immersion lens - observation of bacteria in dairy and fermented vegetable products. 6. Structure of animal cell. 7. Mitotic division of cell.
