Course content
- Safety instructions - Basic Taekwondo moves, including thinking about their substance and correct performance - Examples ? training of the technique of arms and legs in a logical order - Practical training in various types of matches - Learning about the distance, combination, selection of technique and reactions to an attack - Self-defence, real match

Knowledge
Students learn a basic self-defence against the opponents; they master the basic strikes and kicks. They will improve their fitness (speed, agility, orientation in space), strengthen the mental aspect of their personality, boost their self-confidence and will.
