- safety rules - information on basic table tennis equipment - rackets, balls, clothing and footwear - the basic rules of table tennis - principles of table tennis hitting technique - holding the racket, basic and hitting position, basic table tennis strokes classification - training a forehand - training a backhand - training service techniques - singles tactics - doubles tactics - practical training - the actual game

Knowledge
