Group of people trained instructor leads K2HIKING Indoor Walking Program and accompanied by motivating music. K2HIKING enriched and still enrich the mix of music instructor and a special walk features, creating a very attractive and amusing form of lessons. - A program based on the fundamental human activity - walking, which is the most natural human movement that man has always exercised, exercises, and probably a few more millennia will perform. As one of the best forms to get fit, lose weight, improve overall health, summarized: prolongation of life.
