Course content
This programme include training in gymnasium, basics of slalom, games on your roller-skates and technical disciplines. Lessons will take place in gymnasiums in U5. A preconditions are your own roller-skates without back brake, clean. Roller skating - skating allows you to enjoy the physical benefits of cardiovascular exercise and experience scenery other than the inside of a gym.
