Course content
- Safety instructions for movement in a rocky terrain - Rules and technique of climbing, rock formations - terminology - Use of mountaineering equipment - Knots and their use, belaying in a rock face - Basic movement skills - ABC of mountaineering - Practical climbing training in a mountaineering terrain, outdoor stays - Practical training performed particularly on an artificial climbing wall, or on natural rock formations situated in the surroundings of Zlín - Improvement training - First aid and rescue in mountaineering - Environmental protection regulations
