- safety instructions - information on basic football equipment - warm-up - basic rules of the game of football - principles of kicking techniques - defence system tactics - attack system tactics - training of kicking techniques (corner, direct and indirect) - practicing the throw-in - movement on the pitch (with and without the ball) - practical practice of standard situations and the game itself
