Course content
Course Aims: Aikido is a relatively modern, non-competitive self-defense martial art for the development of mind,body and spirit. Training is composed of limbering up (breathing exercises, stretching, basic legs movements and techniques of falling) and training of self-defense techniques (joins locks, porstrations, fixations). Finally, techniques of 6th kyu exams Aikikai of Czech Republic will be looked over.
