Course content

Classes are held outdoors, and in case of bad weather, the content of individual lessons is adapted to weather conditions. 1. Introduction to OSH, content of the training, credit requirements; demonstration of a model training unit 2. Initial testing of selected fitness parameters for Fire Sports 3. Physical training in indoor facilities (gym, fitness centre) individual 4. Running ABC, training of pedalling technique, development of maximum speed, practice of starts (it is necessary to arrange a person from the athletic club UH) 5. Straights, training of the swing way running technique, intervals 6. Fire attack training I. 7. Fire attack training II. 8. Fire attack training III. 9. 100 m hurdles training I. 10. 100 m hurdles training II. 11. Relay practice I. 12. Relay practice II. 13. Participation in the Academic Championship of the Czech Republic in Ostrava
