| Výstupní kompetence studenta získá základní orientaci a přehled vybraných právních disciplín soukromého a veřejného práva s přihlédnutím ke studijnímu zaměření studentů - tedy občanského práva hmotného a procesního, správního práva, práva trestního a zejména práva sociálního zabezpečení; bude umět aplikovat získané právní poznatky do praxe; bude brát při práci s klienty ohled na státní občanství; bude schopen aplikovat právní normu na problematiku cizinců a uprchlíků; adekvátně spolupracovat v rámci subsystémů řízení sociálního zabezpečení. |
