- Basic concepts related to the issue of public support and public contract - Public Contract Act, the types of contracts, exemptions from the Act - Types of contract procedure, the timing of contract procedures, cancellation of the contracting procedure - Contract documentation proving compliance with qualification criteria - Tenders - contents, filing, opening session, the evaluation committee, evaluation of tenders, signing contracts - Electronic auctions, dynamic purchasing systems - The Act on Concession Contracts and Concession Procedures - Signs of public support, forms of public support and public support provider - What is not public support, public support incompatible with the common market, the de minimis rule - Proceedings relating to the notified misuse of public support - Financing of infrastructure and regeneration and the public support - Financing of culture and sports and public support - Case studies of public support and public contracts
