Course content
Designing in industrial engineering - current trends in the areas of research and development of production systems in terms of process and industrial engineering, Lean management and Industry 4.0 concepts, product and process innovations in terms of designing production systems Process management - process structure optimization, process map, KPI for production process design, production and support process stabilization, process optimization and process flexibility (Business Process Management, Value Stream Mapping, Commom Warehouse Metamodel) Project management - orientation and planning of projects in the field of stabilization, improvement and innovation of production systems, methodology PMBOOK, DMAIC, SIPOC, WOISE, practical case studies and new development trends in the field of designing in industrial engineering " Designing in industrial engineering from the viewpoint of automation and digitization of production systems, research and development trends in the area of the triangle "organization-process-digitization", further in the area of human-machine, human-robot, robot-robot "Man-cobot", analysis and standardization of work in digital processes, designing laoyouts and production scheduling, forecasting, e-processes in the areas of logistics, casting, maintenance, teamwork, reporting " Improvement projects and innovation of production and administrative processes. Development of the standardized format of the project form " Description of company process management. Interconnection of organizational processes - business process designing processes - innovation and improvement processes " Practical case studies for using PMBOOK, DMAIC, SIPOC, WOISE methodologies on specific examples " Design of digital manufacturing and supporting manufacturing processes based on the INDUSTRY 4.0 concept

Studenti budou po absolvování předmětu prokazovat schopni řešit komplexní vědecko-výzkumná zadání v oblasti zlepšování a inovací výrobních procesů, nastavovat a řídit flexibilní výrobní systémy v průmyslových společnostech a dále následující schopnosti: - definovat základní terminologii celé problematiky projektování pracovišť - popsat postup budování štíhlé organizace - definovat princip procesního řízení - vysvětlit podstatu Průmyslu 4.0 a jeho pilířů - vyjádřit postup zavádění procesního řízení stejně jako prvků procesního modelu firmy - schematicky načrtnout a vysvětlit procesní mapu - zakreslit a diskutovat diagram procesního prostředí - zařadit dle základních kritérií produktové a procesní inovace z pohledu projektování výrobních systémů - vypočíst totální produktivitu, parciální produktivitu, vyjádřit standard produktivity a index produktivity a vysvětlit vazby mezi nimi - interpretovat spokojenost zákazníků - diskutovat přínosy projektového managementu - využít orientaci a plánování projektů v oblasti stabilizace, zlepšování a inovace výrobních systémů, - diskutovat metodiku PMBOOK, DMAIC, SIPOC a WOISE, - specifikovat vývojové trendy v oblasti trianglu "organizace-proces-digitalizace", - interpretovat vazby "člověk-stroj", "člověk-robot", "robot-robot", "člověk-kobot", - porozumět analýze a normování práce v digitálních procesech, - vysvětlit projektování laoyoutů a rozvrhování výroby a forecasting, - e-procesy v oblastech logistiky, přetypování, údržby, týmové práce, reporting - vyjádřit strukturu Quality Management Systému - porozumět základním lokálním nástrojům pro řízení kvality - vysvětlit strukturu standardů ISO 900X a certifikace dle nich - rozdělit procesy dle ISO 9001 (s využitím kriteriální tabulky pro dělení procesů) - vyhodnotit využití standardů řady QS 9000 a VDA - analyzovat úroveň orientace firmy na neustálé zlepšování procesů - identifikovat smyčku kvality - vysvětlit podstatu Business Process Excellence tzn. konkurenceschopnosti založená hlavně na výjimečném zvládnutí procesů

After completing the course, students will be able to solve complex scientific research tasks in the field of improvement and innovation of production processes, set up and manage flexible production systems in industrial companies and the following skills: - define the basic terminology of all workplace design issues - describe the process of building a lean organisation - define the principle of process management - explain the essence of Industry 4.0 and its pillars - express the process of introducing process management as well as the elements of a company's process model - outline and explain the process map - draw and discuss a process environment diagram - classify product and process innovations according to basic criteria in terms of the design of production systems - calculate total productivity, partial productivity, express productivity standard and productivity index and explain the links between them - interpret customer satisfaction - discuss the benefits of project management - use project orientation and planning to stabilise, improve and innovate production systems, - discuss the PMBOOK, DMAIC, SIPOC and WOISE methodologies, - specify the development trends in the "organization-process-digitization" triangle, - interpret the human-machine, human-robot, robot-robot, human-cobot links, - understand the analysis and standardisation of work in digital processes, - explain the design of layouts and production scheduling and forecasting, - e-processes in the areas of logistics, repackaging, maintenance, teamwork, reporting - explain the structure of the Quality Management System - understand the basic local quality management tools - explain the structure of the ISO 900X standards and the certification according to them - divide the processes according to ISO 9001 (using the criteria table for dividing processes) - evaluate the use of the QS 9000 and VDA standards - analyse the level of the company's orientation towards continuous process improvement - identify the quality loop - explain the essence of Business Process Excellence, i.e. competitiveness based mainly on exceptional process mastery - set up and manage flexible production systems in industrial companies.
