1. Basic of project management. Project. Definition of a project. History of project management. 2. Project planning. Resources. Attributes of a project. Project management. Continuum of a project. Project types. Project life cycle. 3. System approach to projects. Processes of project management. Projects categories. 4. Project planning stages. Project planning methods for single project types. 5. Feasibility study. 6. Logical frame. Project budget. 7. Time and source evaluation of the project. Stakeholders. 8. Project justification. Risks in the project. 9. Quality management. 10. Proejct realization. Controlling. Project performance. 11. Team work. 12. Completion of a project.
