Course content
1. Introduction to enterprise information systems 2. Holistic-process view of information systems. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP Systems). 3. Coverage of basic internal processes (production, logistics, economics, HR) using the functionality of ERP systems. 4. Selection and implementation of an enterprise information system. 5. Advanced production planning. Linking APS and ERP system. 6. Supply chain management using ERP system functionality. 7. Customer relationship management using ERP systems functionality. 8. Business Intelligence. Analysis of information for managerial decision making.
