Course content
-Basic concepts of logistics, logistics activities characteristic of the organization, the mini - case studies of management of logistics chains in production and trade, marketing logistics and its management, multicriteria evaluation methods for assessing the level of service, -logistics and supply purchases, ABC analysis, inventory management , logistics in warehousing, management, organization and control of warehouse operations, -logistics of manufacturing, methods of production planning, capacity planning, scheduling, methods KAN-Ban and JIT, their practical application, -transport logistics, methods of dislocation storage, distribution problem, transportation problem, main methods of transport and material handling, unit handling, packaging, physical distribution management, primary and logistical support activities, distribution centers, -tools logistics system integration company, logistics system of company, success factors of logistics, logistics strategies and plans, logistics cost management and control, evaluation of technical and economic level logistics, logistics information systems.
