- Business idea, business models, Lean Canvas. - Acceleration of a business idea. - Business plan. - Legal aspects of establishing your own company, selected problems, examples. - Marketing and sales. - Communication - tools, trends, group work. - Sources and methods of financing start-up projects - standard approach (banks, investors). - Sources and methods of financing start-up projects - modern approaches (Crowdfunding). - Economic calculations in the business plan. - Creating a business model - Canvas and Lean canvas. - Lean management - process settings. - Presentation skills. - Defending business ideas in the form of an investment forum.

This course is recommended for those who have completed Entrepreneurship Academy 1 or already have a business plan they want to develop into a viable business project plan. The expectation for completing this course is that the student will already be building on the basic business model of the business plan. In the acceleration program, the student will thus already be working on a concrete project that will be brought to a realistic and feasible form.
