- Basic concepts of environmental economics in relation to the business - Environmental policy and climate goals - Sustainability concept and its economic aspects, circular economy - Eco-industry, principles of sustainable business - Obligations of companies in business ecology (chemicals, waste management, air and water protection, packaging management), legislation in the field of environmental protection - Environmental management: Standardization in the Czech Republic and in the international context (EMS, ISO, EMAS management system) - Ecological performance in enterprises (ecological, socio-economic and technical requirements) - Ecolabelling, principles of environmental labeling - Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Ecological Risk Assessment (ERA), Principles of Environmental Audit (EA) - Life cycle assessment - Ecological aspects of energy, renewable and non-renewable energy sources - Case study in the implementation of environmental measures
