Causes of expenditure growth allocated to healthcare- 1 hour - Financing of hospitals and outpatient's departments care. Regulation of supply and demand - 1 hour - Methods of economic analysis - 1 hour - Healthcare insurance - 1 hour Seminars - Management in nursing - a manager's traits and profile - 2 hours - Ways of guidance and control, managerial positions, managerial tools and techniques, responsibility, leadership - 3 hours - Leader's personality, their responsibility, rhetoric, leadership - 3 hours - Work timetables. Delegating tasks, cooperation. Evaluation of workers - 2 hours - Employee motivation, participation on the image of the workplace - 2 hours - Organisation of the healthcare services, organisational systems of work in healthcare.
