Course content
- Rules for education, studying and evaluating the results of the subject of management. - Management subject and schools. Education (training) people for managerial competence - Social maturity (intelligence) and its decisive influence on the formation of managerial competence. Character property managers - Cognition, creativity, temperament and somatic of managers. - Managerial Skills. The decisive managerial competence - communication - Motivation and its place in management skills. - Teamwork and leadership of teams. - Self and time management. Personal management of people - Management objects (essence of business-oriented and non-commercial organizations). - Managerial functions - basic and developed. - Management information and management systems. - Management skills evaluation. - Current trends in management and future of management.

Learning activities and teaching methods
Dialogic (Discussion, conversation, brainstorming), Activating (Simulation, games, dramatization)
  • Participation in classes - 42 hours per semester
  • Term paper - 40 hours per semester
  • Preparation for course credit - 3 hours per semester
  • Preparation for examination - 20 hours per semester

Knowledge
These assumptions of advanced management competence are particularly personal characteristics such as cognition and creativity, but also character and will of students. Also, study subjects which respond to the question of what economics is, therefore, what focus our own work and work processes in enterprises and institutions (marketing) on, and produce effective results in the work process (economy) and how to be a competent, if we want to succeed in a competitive environment (management).
