Course content
- The issue of running and managing institutional and outpatient care, including intensive and highly specialized care. - Connection of individual workplaces to the information network in health care facilities and to operational and professional indicators. - Management methods used in different clinical workplaces. - Evaluation of quality of provided care, effectiveness and quality of health records at individual workplaces. - Ethical problems of given workplaces.

The student has knowledge about the specifics of individual clinical and preclinical workplaces of the hospital, about the interconnection of the operation of the specialized workplaces of the hospital, about the nature and operation of the work of the reception ambulances of these workplaces and about the work. Furthermore, he/she is well informed in the area of insurance of these workplaces, in the area of using the hospital information system of these workplaces, and in the evaluation of the quality of work at these workplaces.
