Course content
- Progress in opinions of the importance of Human Resource Management. The current conception of Human Resource Management. - Job analysis, creation of work tasks and work positions. Work hours. - Work motivation and reward management. - Recruiting, selection and adaptation of new workers. - Performance management. - Leaving of employees from the organisation. - Professional training and development. - Information support for Human Resource Management. Personnel records. - Organisational culture and its components. - Care of employees. - Labour relations. - Trade unions and collective bargaining. - Work conditions and work setting. Safety and health of employees.
