Course content
- Managerial psychology (history, concepts and functions of the field). - Managerial sociology (history, concept and function of the field). - Organizational behavior as a synthesis of managerial sociology and psychology. - Czech society as one of the "late" society. - Demographic features of the Czech labor market. - Gender features of the Czech labor market. - Value attitudes of Czech society in relation to working behavior. - Consumer behavior in Czech society. - Transformation in working conditions and labor market in the Czech Republic. - Interaction in organizations. - Manager's personality. - Decision making in organizations. - Output competence.
