Students gain basic knowledge of both healthcare and health care ethics and management ethics in healthcare and health care. The course shows the possibilities of applying the acquired knowledge concerning the ethical aspects of the work of managers and employees in various organizations providing health care, both towards clients and in the organization itself in the manager-employee relationship and in mutual relations between employees. The aim of the course is to provide students with basic knowledge related to responsible professional behavior, which can make it easier for them to solve various ethical problems in situations that require ethical decisions and that they encounter in everyday practice. |
