Course content
- The heart of coaching and systemic approach. - Aiming versus supporting. - Types of aiming and types of supporting. - Phases of a coaching interview. - Contexts in an interview. - Self-reflection and attentiveness. - Looking for a motion and formulating an aim of the interview. - Typology of questions. - Helping scales and working with them. - Appreciation and supporting feedback. - Looking for a new approach to problems (a problem as a potential to change, dissemination of possibilities, looking for sources and exception, reframing).
