Course content
Strategy and its importance for the company. Leadership: strategic process management. External analysis: industry structure, competition forces and strategic groups. Internal analysis: resources, capabilities and key competencies. Competitive advantage: business performance and business models. Business strategy: differentiation, cost management and Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS). Business strategy: innovation and business. Corporate strategy: vertical integration and diversification. Corporate strategy: strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions. Global strategy: global competition. Organization design: structure, culture and control. Company / Enterprise management and corporate ethics. Corporate Social Responsibility.
