Course content
- Basics of the "Human Resource Management" concept and its impact on work with people in organizations. - Personnel marketing and employer branding. - Research in Human Resource Management. - Planning in Human Resource Management. - Solving Some Problems Connected with Employees. - Human Resource Management in Specific Conditions (in small firms, multinational organizations, private non-profit organizations, institutions of public sector administration, during an economic crisis). - Some Current Trends in Human Resource Management (personnel outsourcing, talent management, knowledge workers etc.).
