Contract Management (contract types) Changes in Project (recording and evaluation of changes, change sheet) Inspection, Monitoring, Reporting (methods of monitoring the status of completion of the project (EVA, ...); reporting on project status) Other Project Elements (procurement, project quality, ethics, project management, maturity model, health, safety, environmental protection) Communication in Projects (basic principles and components of communication, asking questions and listening; effective electronic communication) Project Team (team features, team development) Team Roles (team roles) Motivation and Delegation (basic principles of motivation, hierarchy of needs, delegation, leadership styles according to the motivational types) Effective Decision Making (method of decision trees, multicriteria analysis, Delphi method) Methods of Teamwork (Pareto analysis, mind maps, brainstorming, Ishikawa diagrams) Meetings (management meetings, methods of leading workshops and seminars), Conflict Management (principles for resolving conflicts, material and emotional component of conflict, key functions of leadership, situational leadership)
