Course content
1. Ongoing evaluation of the project, definition of project success criteria. 2. Control of the fulfillment of project objectives. 3. Characteristics of risks and opportunities. 4. Definition of sub-phases of the project. 5. Resources and funding. 6. Team work, problem solving methods. 7. Continuous reporting, changes. 8. Management of documentation within the project. 9. Interest and motivation in project management, orientation to results.
