Introduction to the Subject (presentation of offered projects, teaming) Project Life Cycle (preparation of Identification Project List, specification of SMART goals, specification of pre-project phase, project phase and post-project phase) Project Logical Framework (preparation of Logical Framework Matrix and SWOT analysis) Pre-project Phase (preparation of feasibility studies, Cost Benefit Analysis of project) Analysis of the Project Environment and Interested Parties (preparation of analysis of interested parties and analysis of environment) Creating a Project Plan and WBS (creation and usage of tree diagram, creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), preparation of schedule of activities) Planning the Project (applying of scheduling methods and network analysis methods) Methods of Estimation and Planning of Sources and Costs (applying of estimation methods) Resource Planning in Project (preparation of project cost plan and budget preparation) Project organization (organization of individual projects, defining project roles, preparing a matrix of responsibility) Risk in Projects (risk identification and risk analysis (RIPRAN), preparation of precautions and strategies to eliminate risk)
