Course content
- The importance and function of IFRS, approaches to accounting used in the world, national accounting systems in selected countries with regard to the impact on International accounting. - Harmonisation principles and possible approaches to accounting regulation (IFRS, US GAAP, IPSAS, EU directives and Czech accounting legislation). Development of accounting harmonisation worldwide and expected development of Czech accounting legislation in relation to international harmonisation. - The Conceptual Framework for financial reporting under IFRS, IPSAS and US GAAP. - Financial statements under IFRS, IPSAS, and US GAAP and its arrangements.

Student získá širší znalosti o mezinárodním účetnictví a principech harmonizace účetnictví. Naučí se využívat poznatky při rozlišování konkrétních účetních přístupů prostřednictvím jejich aplikace. Charakterizujte strukturu a obsah účetní závěrky. Definujte dlouhodobá aktiva držená k prodeji a investice do nemovitostí. Charakterizujte finanční aktiva a finanční závazky. Vysvětlit proces podnikových kombinací a objasnit jejich specifika Vysvětlit legislativu procesu konsolidace.
