- Company performance and Value Based Management. Principles of ESG for long-term sustainability. How to measure and manage company performance. Risk and return. Potential of emerging financial technologies in company management. - Traditional methods of financial analysis utilization in company's management. - Value Based Management (EVA, MVA, Excess Return, etc.) - Identification of KPI influencing company performance, definition of value generators by means of pyramidal system of indicators. - Revenues, costs and profit analysis. Influence of price and cost management on company performance. - Assets management. Assets utilization analysis, management and financing of short-term assets. Net working capital and company performance. - Strategic long-term investment decision-making. - Cost of capital and its effect on investment decision-making, capital structure and company performance. Risk and cost of capital. - Optimal capital structure. - Financial resources. Effect of capital structure and resources of financing on company performance. - Role of plan in company value management. Purposes and processing of financial plan. - Long-term financial plan, its role, methods and plan designing. - Short-term financial plan. Budgeting.
