|
Introduction to crisis management. Crisis and its definition. The systemic conception of crises. Crisis management and its development. Crisis management and company development. Security policy of the Czech Republic and security threats and risks at the beginning of the 21st century. Decision making in crisis situations. International and ethical aspects of crisis management. Role of public administration and legislative framework. The security system of the Czech Republic. Integrated rescue system and mission of crisis management. Internal security of the state and tasks of the Police of the Czech Republic and ACR in the crisis management system. Solving non-military crisis situations. Financing of crisis management in public administration. Control as a tool of crisis management in public administration. System of economic measures for crisis situations. Crisis communication and risk communication.
