1. Basic concepts, rule of law and the importance of emergency survival of the population. 2. Risks of emergency population survival. 3. Management of emergency survival of the population. 4. Emergency food supplies. 5. Emergency drinking water supply. 6. Technical resources for mining, processing, storage and transportation of drinking water. 7. Emergency basic services to the population (health insurance and funeralservices). 8. Emergency supplies of energy (electricity, gas and heat). 9. Emergency accommodation and technical means for securing emergency accommodation. 10. Organization of humanitarian aid.

| The prerequisite for successful completion of the course is systematic preparation and study of prescribed and recommended literature and completion of the course Population Protection I, Population Protection II. The assessment methods and criteria linked to learning outcomes: active participation in seminars (min. 80 %), elaboration, presentation and defense of seminar paper and successful completion of two written tests (number of correct answers min. 60 %). |
