Introduction to the subject and national legislation on CBRN terrorism. Ban on chemical weapons in the world and in the Czech Republic. Ban on bacteriological (biological) and toxin weapons in the world and in the Czech Republic. Prohibition of nuclear weapons in the world and in the Czech Republic. National Action Plan to Combat Terrorism in the Czech Republic. Chemical warfare agents and toxins. Bacteriological, biological and infectious substances and agents. Radionuclides and nuclear materials. Possible scenarios of CBRN substance abuse to CBRN terrorism. World Movement for the Elimination of WMD and the creation of zones without SW and WMD and the Nobel Peace Prize for WMD. National Strategy and National Action Plan for CBRN in the Czech Republic. Basic principles of population protection against CBRN substances. Population preparedness for CBRN attacks in the Czech Republic.
