Main topics: - Introduction to the subject and national legislation on CBRN terrorism. - A ban on chemical weapons in the world and in the Czech Republic. - Ban on bacteriological (biological) and toxin weapons in the world and in the Czech Republic. - Prohibition of nuclear weapons in the world and in the Czech Republic. - National Action Plan to Combat Terrorism in the Czech Republic. - Chemical warfare agents and toxins. - Bacteriological, biological and infectious substances and agents. - Radionuclides and nuclear materials. - Possible scenarios of CBRN substance abuse to CBRN terrorism. - World Movement for the Elimination of WMD and the creation of zones without SW and WMD and the Nobel Peace Prize for WMD. - National Strategy and National Action Plan for CBRN in the Czech Republic. - Basic principles of population protection against CBRN substances. - Population preparedness for CBRN attacks in the Czech Republic.
