Course content
|
1. Introduction to the study of the subject, basic concepts, history and present of civil protection in the Czech Republic and its legal regulation. 2. Security science and education in civil protection and crisis management. Concept of population protection in NATO and EU, principles and principles of humanitarian aid. 3. Analysis of natural and anthropogenic emergencies. Preparation of the population for self-defence and mutual assistance in emergencies. 4. Warning, notification and emergency information of the population. 5. evacuation and sheltering of the population. Buildings affected by civil protection requirements. 6. Emergency survival of the population. 7. Protection of the population against floods. 8. Protection of the population in the vicinity of nuclear energy facilities, protection against WMD and industrial pollutants. 9. Principles, principles and means of detection, identification of pollutants, individual and collective protection, decontamination. 10. National and international concepts of critical infrastructure. 11. Characteristics of critical infrastructure areas, elements and entities. 12. Resilience assessment of critical infrastructure elements. 13. Forms and tools for ensuring the protection of critical infrastructure elements.
