1. Definition of the subject of study and basic terms. Legal regulations from the examined issue. 2. Current major emergency events in the world and in Europe. Their causes and consequences. Ways of a possible solution. 3. Extraordinary events in the context of climatic factors. Wind and storm activity, avalanches, snow calamities. 4. Natural and special floods. Torrential rains. Erosion. Drought. Prevention and possible solutions. 5. Extraordinary events caused by biological agents. Ways of solving them and their impact on the population. 6. Extraordinary events in transport. Various traffic accidents. Eliminating their consequences. 7. Extraordinary events and the population. Crisis. Cross situations. 8. Critical and public infrastructure. Brief description of the construction law - public infrastructure. 9. Extraordinary events and significant objects. Energy, water management, other areas. 10. Disruption of the natural and landscape environment by extraordinary events.
