Course content
Characteristics of a successful organization. Specifics of private and public sphere. People and risk in organizations. Typology of organizations, their goals, environment and risks Company life cycle. Organizational changes and risk. Information risk. Investment decisions and its risks. Legal risks and their prevention. Risks as an economic-political and management category. Public administration organization incl. principles and their impact on functioning and management. Strategic planning, decision-making and management of regional local administration of companies. Financial risks of organizations and their control. Risks, quality, performance and innovation. Customer satisfaction and its value to the organization. Portfolio and cash flow analysis. Introduction of new products on the market and their risks. Risks, globalization and economic crime.
